How Does it Work?
Simply bring your package to your local Southwest Airlines Cargo facility. Don’t forget to bring a government issued photo id as you will need this to ship. Once the shipment is processed, Southwest Airlines will then move your shipment on the next available flight out. It’s that easy.
With more than 3,300 flights a day, you can ship to 64 cities in 32 states on Southwest Airlines.
What Does it Cost?

- If we fail to deliver your package on the next available flight, we will refund 100% of your shipping costs.
Trying to make a particular flight?
Southwest Airlines Cargo has the shortest cutoff and recovery times in the industry. Please keep in mind that shipments must be tendered and fully processed prior to the cutoff time in order to make a specific flight. We encourage all Customers to tender shipments as early as possible as acceptance and processing may take longer than expected. View a list of cutoff times for all our Cargo Facilities.
