Gate Information: Southwest Airlines uses gates A9, A11, A15 and A17 in the A Concourse and B1 through B3, B5, B7 through B12, B14 through B22, B25 and B26 in the B Concourse.
Ticketing: You can purchase tickets at the ticket counter located on the north end of the upper level ticketing area in the new Midway terminal.
E-Ticket Check-In kiosks: Located at the ticket counter, ticket lobby, and near gates B8, B11, and B21.
Baggage Claim: The baggage claim is located in the north end of the lower level baggage claim area in the new Midway terminal.
