What is the size of the installation program?
The installation program is 5.6 MB on Windows, and 5.8 MB on Mac OS X.

How much of a CPU's resources does DING! use?
Less than 1% CPU utilization on average.


3.

How does DING! request new offers from Southwest Airlines?
DING! uses http on port 80 and HTTPS on port 443 to make requests to our servers.


4.

To what URLs and IP Addresses will DING! make HTTP requests?
URL’s – southwest.com and ding.southwest.com
IP addresses – 12.5.136.100, 12.5.136.120, 63.169.44.100, and 63.169.44.120


5.

How often does DING! make HTTP requests for new offers and headlines?
At most every 30 minutes.


6.

What is the size of an outgoing http request from DING! to our servers?
Less than 100 bytes, depending upon the request.


7.

What is the size of an incoming response from our servers?
The size will vary depending on the content of the message. A message might range from less than 100 bytes to a few kilobytes.


8.

How often will updates (new code) to the DING! application be pushed out to users?
We currently anticipate infrequent updates to the DING! application. If this policy should change, it will be reflected in this document.
