  • At checkin, request Rapid Rewards credit, provide your Rapid Rewards account number, and present your Marriott Rewards card.
  • Rapid Rewards Members can also redeem 10,000 Marriott Rewards points for 2.0 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards® credits. Or, redeem 70,000 Marriott Rewards points for 16 credits. That is enough credits to receive an Award valid to any of the 60 destinations Southwest Airlines serves.
  • To request Rapid Rewards credit for a past stay, (stay must have been completed within the last 12 months to be eligible for past stay credit), please mail or fax your request with your full name, Marriott Rewards membership number, Rapid Rewards account number and hotel folio (hotel bill) to:
