DALLAS—May 22, 2008—Southwest Airlines Cargo announces an expansion of its Hawaiian service with the new added destination of Kahului Maui through its interline agreement with Hawaiian Air Cargo®. The cargo interline partnership agreement allows Southwest Airlines to sell cargo space from all of its destinations to Kahului Maui via Hawaiian’s nonstop flights out of San Diego on its spacious Boeing 767s. This second destination joins the successful partnership of Southwest Cargo and Hawaiian Air Cargo to Honolulu.

Service to Kahului Maui is not available for Sunday or Monday departures on Hawaiian Airlines out of San Diego. Shipments arriving to San Diego on Saturday, Sunday, and/or Monday will not depart until Tuesday morning.
