Preprinted Air Waybills
What Are Preprinted Air Waybills?
To help expedite the transaction time when tendering your shipments, Southwest Airlines Cargo offers all Account holders the option to order preprinted air waybills. Preprinted air waybills are complimentary and will complete the following fields:
- Shipper name, address, and phone number
- Consignee name, address, and phone number
- Origin
- Destination
- Southwest Airlines Cargo Account number (and sub-account numbers, if applicable)
How To Order
Preprinted air waybills may be ordered by one of the following:
- Complete the preprinted air waybill request form (.doc) and email to newswaawb@wnco.com. (Please note that the template requires MS Word to download).
- Should you wish not to use the template, you may email your request to newswaawb@wnco.com. Be sure to include the following information: Shipper, Consignee, Origin, Destination, and your Southwest Airlines Cargo Account number and sub-account numbers, if applicable. (Please note: Both the Shipper and Consignee information includes name, address, and phone number.) Only the above listed information may be printed. All other air waybill fields are not available for preprinted information.
