Order Air Waybills
Time is irreplaceable! Southwest Airlines® Cargo wants to help expedite the transaction time on your shipment and save you some time. Cargo Customers can take advantage of this convenient option by ordering preprinted air waybills. Preprinted air waybills are complimentary to Customers with a Cargo account and the following fields will need to be completed:
- Shipper name, address, and phone number
- Consignee name, address, and phone number
- Origin
- Destination
- Southwest Airlines Cargo Account number (and sub-account numbers, if applicable)
To order preprinted air waybills, select one of the convenient options below:
- Complete the preprinted air waybill request form (.doc) and email to newswaawb@wnco.com. MS Word is required to download the form.
- If Customers do not have MS Word, e-mail a request to newswaawb@wnco.com including the following information: Shipper & Consignee information, origin, destination, and your Southwest Airlines Cargo account number and sub-account numbers, if applicable. The Shipper and Consignee information includes name, address, and phone number. Only the above listed information may be printed. All other air waybill fields are not available for preprinted information.
- Please note we are unable to provide preprinted air waybills for international shipments. However, we do accept universal air waybills. And, with service to several international destinations through our interline agreements, Customers can request a block of air waybill numbers by contacting our Customer Care Center at (800) 533-1222.
