Delivery Services

We are at your service! Do you need your shipment delivered? Three delivery services are available for Southwest Airlines Cargo Customer to meet your shipping requirements and make your life a little easier.

Priority Service
Shipment delivered as quickly as possible.
Appointment Service
Shipper or consignee will be contacted to arrange a delivery window. Available delivery windows are 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through Friday.
Standard Service
Deferred delivery service. Time of delivery is based on shipment arrival at the destination airport, the number of drive miles to its final destination, and the level of delivery service designated.

Note: Delivery service not available in Canada.
